This site is to help Sergeant Ralph Roman, a US Army Sergeant Veteran who was falsely accused and wrongly convicted of a crime he did not commit. No physical evidence, bungles work by police detectives, perjured testimony, ineffective counsel, sleeping jury members, a corrupt Pennsylvania judicial system and a biased judge have stolen a man's life and sent him away for years.
